Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment. (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Orders for stocked goods are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days
Out of Stock items will take longer. You will be advised of a delivery date as soon as possible.
Delivery Charges:
A Delivery Charge of €8.81 plus VAT will be applied to all domestic orders under €100 (ex VAT)
Free Delivery on all domestic orders over €100 ex VAT.
Furniture / Seating and Large or Bulky items will incur additional charges. Please request quote.
Delivery is usually within 2-3 working days excluding weekends and bank holidays.
We can not be held responsible for delays in goods being delivered once they have left our premises.
Cancellations:
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order can not be cancelled. If there are questions about cancelling an order – Please contact us
Returns Policy:
Returns will be accepted up to 3 days from delivery date. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNOPENED AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING. You must cover the cost of returning the goods to us.
Returns are not accepted on any Furniture or Seating products. EOS Products, Toners or ink products, Catering or Janitorial products.
